Full suspension and three 26-inch wheels. The Ti-Fly X is a unique machine that demands long and, if possible, extreme routes. This trike combines the passion for cycle tourism and unpaved roads.
The Ti-Fly X is so different from any other trike that it creates a whole new category. Much more agile than Fat tricycles thanks to thinner and lighter wheels, and the full suspension provides ample travel for comfortable pedaling on any terrain. The size of the wheels offers a high position for the cyclist and, above all, greater ground clearance to overcome obstacles on very complicated terrain.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF 3x26"
A larger diameter usually translates into lower rolling resistance and therefore higher speed on flat ground. In addition, larger wheels absorb any irregularities in the terrain better. And because it is a more widespread standard, it is easier to find spare parts in variety and quality. On the other hand, three identical wheels means having to carry fewer spare parts.
On the opposite side, a big wheel trike is a slightly wider vehicle due to longer front hubs), and its transportation and storage will require more space. Even folded, its size is considerably larger, although a surprisingly compact fold can be achieved if all the wheels are removed.
