Glossary of terms
- Front arm . It is the front tube that, in most short-wheelbase two- and three-wheel recumbents, houses the bottom bracket axle (pedals and chainring).
- Cruciform . In trikes, it is the union of the transverse tube of the frame (at whose ends are the front wheels) with the longitudinal tube, at whose ends are the rear wheel and the bottom bracket axle.
- IN-seam measurement . It is a way to determine the size of the cyclist, which takes the inside leg length as a reference.
- X-seam measurement . It is a way to determine the size of the cyclist, which takes the outside leg length as a reference.
- Traction pulley .
