AZUB FAT

Azub has designed the Fat based on the split frame of the T-Tris model, and widening its rear fork to accommodate a 26x4.8 inch wheel. To resize the set to the appropriate size, the height of the handlebars was also increased and the components have been chosen for both their functionality and their aesthetics.

The Azub Fat does not have suspension, like most fat bikes, since the nature of its tires acts as a passive suspension.

The weight distribution has been carefully studied, so that the rider's weight is as close as possible to the rear wheel and thus traction on difficult terrain is increased. The seat height also keeps the center of gravity low, improving overall stability but at the same time the chassis is far enough from the ground to avoid rubbing against rocks and boulders.
